Conditional logic like this isn’t supported by default at the pipeline level in Kedro. A better approach would be to incorporate the logic at the node level, where you have access to parameters. Alternatively, you could decide which pipelines to run at a higher level of execution, such as in your orchestration platform.

That said, it is possible to achieve dynamic behaviour at the pipeline level using more advanced techniques. This blog post outlines some ideas, and Kedro hooks can also be a useful tool in this context.
