Alright.. just when I was thinking I was crazy I bumped into this post. I think it could be a fabulous implementation and a very profitable business . If you are still interested, please let me know. NOW is probably a better time.

My Reasons:

1. **Enterprise WordPress users** would be most interested:

• Large e-commerce sites running WooCommerce
• Multi-regional businesses needing global distribution

2. **Hosting providers** could be major customers:

• WordPress managed hosting companies seeking differentiation
• Enterprise hosting providers wanting scalability options
• Cloud providers offering premium WordPress solutions

3. **Specific use cases** would drive adoption:

• High-traffic content sites
• WordPress sites with extreme write loads
• Multi-region deployments needing low latency globally

The key is that you'd be targeting the upper end of the WordPress market - perhaps 1-5% of WordPress sites, but these represent the highest-value installations.
