As per your error screenshot, You have successfully logged in to your account, but you do not meet the conditions for accessing this resource. This error is occurred sometimes because the administrator has set conditional access for the account in Azure Portal.

To find out what conditional access is set, you need to log in to Azure Portal to view and disable it.

To check any Conditional Access Policy is assigned:

Navigate to Conditional Access Policy -> View all Policy

As the error only suggest, It might be the Conditional Access Policy which is restricting you for sign-in from restricted location defined by your admin.

If you find any such policy, disable it and try to sign-in again.
