Basically with the help of @Paulw11 the following I did:

• I registered to the Apple Developer program

• Added a device on https://developer.apple.com/account/resources/devices/list

• then followed the gui in visual studio for adding the automatic provisioning

• 

Once that's added and configured it will download the profile and will load in the simulator, it also able to show the Azure B2C login.
