I know it's been awhile since you asked but I recently discovered that there are some unanswered question on Stackoverflow regarding xeokit SDK. So, just in case that it might still be relevant and might be good to know for others, too, we always recommend the following steps when trying to tackle an issue:

• checking the docs & the examples on https://xeokit.io/
• trying to reproduce with https://xeo.vision/ (probably not relevant here)
• getting support either by contacting us directly (email, Service Desk for customers) or through the xeokit Community on GitHub: https://github.com/xeokit/xeokit-sdk

In your particular case, it would be useful if you can reproduce the bug with one of the SDK or BIM Viewer examples from https://xeokit.github.io/xeokit-sdk/examples/index.html and then post it on the GitHub Issues. There usually there is someone to take care of bugs.
