I noticed that when you invoke the workflow using "gh workflow run" with unless the following

• must be on main branch

• user for gh token, must be add to the list of users of the repo with privileged

• i had to provide the -R flag "<org>/<repo-name>"

• After doing these 3 things the 404 was resolved
