To fix the error error CS2006: Command-line syntax error: Missing '<text>' for '-define:' option, you need to do the following:

1. Go to Build Profiles

2. Add a new Build Profile (I selected iOS)

3. Add your Scenes to Scene List

4. Wait for Unity Compile to finish (10 seconds)

5. Build your project as before.
