It's possible, but it's very complicated and limited to the number of HTML elements a web page can handle. You have to:

• Be able to cut any shape from HTML (including those with holes)
• Be able to place it on a given 3D coordinate
• Be able to set borders and page fills
• If you want to skip Javascript altogether, you need to make the 3D scene control using only HTML and CSS
