For me, "Reset Package Caches" was not clickable.
What worked instead was:

1. Go to Xcode

2. In the General tab, scroll down to Frameworks, Libraries, and Embedded Content.

3. Find the package(s) mentioned in the error.

4. Remove them by selecting the item and clicking the minus (-) button.
