Thank you for posting this, I had the same issue but I was able to resolve it with your suggestion. Alternatively you can stop IIS from the connections pane to avoid uninstalling.

Reasons:
  • Blacklisted phrase (0.5): Thank you
  • Whitelisted phrase (-1): I had the same
  • Low length (1):
  • No code block (0.5):
  • Single line (0.5):
  • Low reputation (1):
