If you haven't already, you should format your form response sheet as a Sheets Table.

Once that's complete, you can quickly group-by the batch number and all the rows with the same batch number will be grouped together. You can even adjust your aggregate values see the time between start and finish.

Save this grouped view for quick reference through the table's dropdown menu.
