Not directly related, but anyone facing a similar issue now:

snowflake.connector.errors.OperationalError: 254007: The certificate is revoked or could not be validated: hostname=xxxxxxxxx

Upgrading snowflake-python-connector to 3.15.0 helped me resolve it.
