You can replace the old app with a new one on the Play Store/App Store:

1. Replace the new app's package name with the old one everywhere. (If the old app's package name is com.abc.xyz then the new app's package name should be com.abc.xyz)
2. Use the old app's keystore file to generate APK/Bundle.
3. Upload new APK to old Play Store account.
