First go to this page: https://console.cloud.google.com/iam-admin/iam

Find the principal with this suffix: @firebase-sa-management.iam.gserviceaccount.com

Click the edit icon.

Add this role: Storage Object Admin

Click Save.

The issue should be resolved. I've got my issue resolved.
