We ended up switching to Kualitee, and it’s been working well for us. It supports both SAML and OAuth-based SSO, and the transition was pretty smooth.

Feature-wise, it covers most of what TestRail offers (test case management, requirements traceability, reporting, etc.), and the UI is fairly straightforward. Might be worth checking out if SSO is a must-have for your setup.
