I had the same problem but for a different reason:

I overwrote the lib folder of the new version with the lib folder of the old version, even though there was no custom lib to be copied. Making mistakes and learning.

Reasons:
  • Whitelisted phrase (-1): I had the same
  • Low length (0.5):
  • No code block (0.5):
  • Low reputation (1):
