I know that this question is old, but the most important thing here is to have downloaded and set up as system variable ffmpeg binaries. Using pip install ffmpeg-python you just downloading the library not the ffmpeg binaries itself. You can download this binaries from here: https://www.ffmpeg.org/download.html
