The Mri2922 was coming from an IBM.Data.DB2.iSeries.dll file that was part of the project. Not sure exactly how/why things were happening, but it led me to try and think of how to change how the program was working with the DLL. This app was older and was not making use of NuGet. So instead of relying on the IBM DLL that was part of the build server installation, I set it up to pull from NuGet each build. Doing the build that way resolved my issue.
