I have faced this issue in Sitecore 10.1. Below steps fixed issue for me:

Got to IIS -> Click on Authentication -> Select "Anonymous Authentication" -> Edit -> Select Application pool identity

Reasons:
  • Low length (0.5):
  • No code block (0.5):
  • Low reputation (0.5):
