It’s possible that something went wrong later in the CI process — maybe during bundling or exporting the archive. Would be great to double-check the actual CI-generated build to see if the asset is really there.

Is the asset part of the main project or coming from a separate Swift Package?
What’s the target membership of the .xcassets
file that contains it?
Also, if you can share the crash log (feel free to redact any sensitive info), that might help pinpoint exactly what’s failing.
