May 2025 Update

I have two .Net Frameswork 4.8 Winforms projects one which is 2 years old and one 1 week old

Microsoft-WindowsAPICodePack-Core/Shell v1.1.5 by rpastric, contre, dahall was used on the older project.

Code copied from the old project to the new one hit the runtime error that led me here.

Installed Microsoft-Windows10-APICodePack-Core/Shell v1.1.8 by rpastric, contre, dahall**, bau-global** which fixed the problem.

Microsoft-WindowsAPICodePack-Core/Shell v1.1.5 MUST be installed before Microsoft-WindowsAPI10-CodePack-Core/Shell v1.1.8 and all four packages appear to be necessssary.
