You're on the right track by using anchor () elements with href="#id" to link to other parts of the page — this is exactly how HTML handles internal jumping or navigation. It works for footnotes, and it can also work exactly the same way for comments, as long as you set it up properly.

Use an anchor tag that links to the comment by its ID.

At the end of the page (comments section): Create an element with the matching id:
