It can't be done, Because it need AccessDatabase 32-bit but now AccessDatabase 2016 only avalible with 64-bit without 32-bit.
My Solution to your problem
Don't extract source file from Excel, Turn it into csv format and extract this data by using flat file source.
It will Run.
