Verify that Collect_slow_queries: true is actually enabled.

Your YAML looks correct, but verify that it is actually being used with:

cat /etc/newrelic-infra/integrations.d/postgresql-config.yml

And then restart the agent:

sudo systemctl restart newrelic-infra
