Beckhoff in Australia are very good at answering these quirky questions, I'd talk to Ben.

England's tech support are also pretty good with this imho.

I would however recommend you try a workaround, and save the image to HDD temporarily then load it as a webpage usually would. The PLC on PC is very amenable to workaround hacks.
