after Login in to Google Ad Manager,

• find the section labeled "Ad units" [Inventory] in the dashboard,
• if you have already creared then you will see the list of ad units , other wise create new by following steps and ad type [banner/interstitial]
• each ad unit have unique id [like 12345/banner_ad], copy it and use it in code
