So, apparently it was for the side of our hosting provider to fix since I did not have admin rights in our cPanel and could not access the "terminal" feature to execute the command to linking ang installing the necessary Laravel requirements. Upon contacting and coordinating with our hosting provider, they were able to link and setup the necessary configurations for our Laravel based deployment to work.
