Modifying privacy settings in section "Global" applies to the current Windows session (and thus requires that every guy using this file applies the same setting). I would suggest to keep "Combine data according to each file's Privacy level settings" here.
If data handled by this one file are purely internal, then you can go to privacy settings in section "Current workbook" and select "Ignore the Privacy levels...". This will apply to all its users provided that they kept the "global" setting mentioned here above.
This is safer as you might have some other files using the web connector (now or in the future).
Now if your "PartNumber" comes from an Excel range, you could right click on its query and create a function "GetPartNumber" (without any input parameter). Then use "GetPartNumber()" instead of PartNumber in your query step "Query"; the firewall should not be triggered.
