Perhaps try a full power reset:
1. Shut down the laptop completely.
2. Unplug the power adapter.
3. Remove the battery (if possible).
4. Press and hold the power button for 15–30 seconds (drains all residual power).
5. Reconnect power and battery.
6. Boot up—Windows should detect the Bluetooth adapter again.
This works because the Bluetooth/Wi‑Fi combo chip is on a shared module and may lose USB power state. Draining the capacitors resets the Embedded Controller and restores the device. Works reliably on ThinkPads (T440/T450/P5
