It's an old post but if you can do that, then Google, Microsoft or any large servers in the world can just crash by one client. And that's not how the Internet works! By requesting the server to send a resource, you - as the client, receives it chunk by chunk. And if you want to only request but not receive the byte, then by the time the server knew it send data to nowhere, it stops. Think of it as a electric wire, it allows electric to flow, right? If you cut the wire or connect the endpoint to nowhere then the electric is nowhere to flow.

One thing you can do is code some software and send it to people all over the world, the software you make will target specific website or server you want, then that's called DDoS and you've just made an malware! Those people installing your malware and turn their PC into a zombie machine sending request to your targeting server. Fulfilling large amount of request from all over the world make the server overload, and then shut down.

After all. What you've asking for is disgusting. It show no respect to the development world where it need to improve, not harm anybody. And for that reason I'm going to flag this post. Sorry.
