Here's two options that worked for me that may also work for you.

• Use the other link to the DevOps instance

  • EX: <orgname>.visualstudio.com stopped working, yet dev.azure.com/<orgname> works fine.

• Try a different browser. In my case, chrome and edge stopped working yet firefox works fine.
