After 20 days, it finally started working. I did two things that might have helped:

  1. Reviewed my other custom definitions to ensure I wasn't passing high-cardinality (unique) values.

  2. Submitted a bug report to Google.

Reasons:
  • Low length (0.5):
  • No code block (0.5):
  • Self-answer (0.5):
  • Low reputation (0.5):
