Today I met the same problem. It seems like in BW25 the mehod to import biosphere has changed.

You should use

bi.remote.get_projects()

to checkt the biosphere and LCIA methods and

bi.remote.install_project('<project_tag>', '<my_desired_project_name>')

to import.
