I had the same question today. Regarding to the MacOS difference, those thread won't show up in ps or htop, but you can see them using lldb or sample.

Reasons:
  • Whitelisted phrase (-1): I had the same
  • Low length (1):
  • Has code block (-0.5):
  • Single line (0.5):
  • Low reputation (0.5):
