The redirect URI (where the response is returned to) must be registered in the APIs console, and the redirect_uri_mismatch error indicates that it's not registered or that it's been set up incorrectly. Ensure that the redirect URl you provide in your OAuth authorization request matches exactly the URl that you have added in the Google Developer Console. See related post that might be helpful to you.
