Lauren from Rasa here, glad to hear you are trying the Developer Edition of Rasa!

I haven't come across that problem myself yet, however, I can recommend going to the Rasa Docs (https://rasa.com/) and clicking on the "ask AI" button at the bottom. Whenever I have problems with installation, I usually try to troubleshoot with the Ask AI feature, drop in your error message and see if it can help get you a couple steps further.
