with Docker Desktop and WSL

docker was unable to pull "hello world" with the following error

what helped is: 3 dots on left bottom (near engine status) -> Troubleshoot -> Reset to factory settings

after that images are started pulling
what I tried before:
- set dns at Docker Engine config
- set dns at wsl
- etc.
