Adobe Creative Cloud lets you "install" fonts to use in non-Adobe applications, and when you do (on Windows) they show up in C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\User Owned Fonts\. Note that User Owned Fonts is a hidden folder, but the files inside it are all unhidden and have meaningful filenames.
