I know this is an old question but for people stumbling across this, Canonical is at least in the works of sunsetting support for Bazaar in Launchpad and advices all users to migrate to Git workflows instead. Since Launchpad was the main Bazaar hub, I think it's safe to say that Bazaar is officially dead from september 1 2025: https://discourse.ubuntu.com/t/phasing-out-bazaar-code-hosting/62189

There is a fork, Breezy, that is keeping a form of Bazaar alive even today. (Ironically, it uses Git for version control) The last official relase of Bazaar was back in 2016.
