I have two projects using different versions of an Okta library (cuz there've been 5 revs since I implemented the previous one), and the mismatched versions stashed somewhere ended up causing this issue. Using the same version in the other project fixed the issue. I've never had this issue before with any other nuGet packages and running this, that, or the other version.
