For those who want to know the answer after the moderator deleted the answer and the OP didn't repost it:

UPDATE : I may have found a possible cause for the "Failed connect to 'XXX' error: error = 11, message = Server not connected".

During my investigation, I identified the log directory for the 4 queues ems in which I saw:

Failed to create file '/opt/data/tibco/ems/ems_msg/config/shared/users.conf Administrator user not found, created with default password Failed to create file '/opt/data/tibco/ems/ems_msg/config/shared/groups.conf Administrator user not found, created with default password Failed to create file '/opt/data/tibco/ems/ems_msg/config/shared/stores.conf Administrator user not found, created with default password FATAL: Exception in startup, exiting.

Problem: In "ems-oss-1y.adb.XXX.XXX.com" there is not a tree structure of the type /opt/data/tibco.

I'm going to pass this information to the technical team. I thank you anyway.
