Adding some GFX to the @Eleasar answer, my first hurdle was my own query: If you have a query in your query-box, you can't get to the described time selector thing.

• remove query from querybox, then click the time selector box top right

• Click time zone and search for Zulu. You may think that you want other time zones, but the whole world should use zulu, period. :) https://www.airheadatpl.com/blog/zulu-time-the-clock-that-never-changes

Now the thing shows z for Zulu:

• Paste query back, and Timeline now shows Zulu time
