First WildFly 14 is quite old so I'm not sure what is supported and you should definitively upgrade (as 37.0.1 is out now). https://docs.wildfly.org/wildfly-proposals/microprofile/WFLY-11529_subsystem_metrics.html shows that metrics are exposed as Prometheus data to be consumed.
