I'm not sure this answer is that useful but I've seen <iframe> tags with HTML embed inside them. E.g. you can see this page: https://www.dashlane.com/es and look for the container which includes the radar. This is more like the page is loading another document, not about putting and <html> inside another one, but I just remembered that case
