Yes, the list you mentioned is what GKE recognizes when working with structured logs. GKE collects application logs from non-system containers structured logging is supported by outputting single-line JSON objects to these streams, which the agent parses into jsonPayload fields in Cloud Logging. GKE uses a fluentbit based logging agent (not the full Ops Agent) by default to collect application logs from stdout/stderr, supporting structured JSON logs.
The legacy Logging agent was used in older GKE setups but is deprecated for new features. The full Ops Agent combines logging and metrics collection via Fluent Bit and OpenTelemetry is recommended for Compute Engine VMs but isn't manually installed in GKE.
