To make your file readable in ODI, you must set the file's encoding in both the Data Server and its corresponding Physical Schema in the Physical Architecture.

In your Data Server -> JDBC -> set Encoding to UTF-8

In its Physical Schema -> set Character Encoding to UFT-8
