The system can’t start the graphical interface

-> press Ctrl + Alt + F2

-> login with your username & password.

and reinstall the Graphic drivers:

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install --reinstall nvidia-driver- # for NVIDIA

sudo apt-get install --reinstall xserver-xorg-video-intel # for Intel

then reboot
