I faced the same issue. What I did was: Open Xcode ā†’ Settings ā†’ Components ā†’ Others, then install the required iOS simulators. After the installation, I got the simulator with Rosetta. Now Iā€™m able to build the iOS app and run it on the Rosetta simulator without any issues.
