That message is from the SIMULATED aircraft electric system, stating that it can't deliver enough (virtual) current to satisfy the load.

It has nothing to do with the computer you are running FlightGear on, or the rendering settings on FlightGear itself.

Maybe, try to switch some lights off (on the aircraft, of course)
