If you're creating a website with Divi Builder, make sure your Divi is active.

Divi > Theme Options > Updates > Username and API Key needs to be active. Usually when I do this, and go back to Dashboard, you should automatically have a Divi update.

After that, if you're still seeing a template as your home page even with created pages, it's because you don't have specific static pages setup.

Proceed to Settings > Reading > Your Homepage Displays > and make sure it's set to A Static Page (Select Below) and it'll give you the option to set your homepage to a specific page as well as your Blog page.

This can also be obtained by going in Appearance > Customize > Homepage Settings > Homepage Displays is there as well.
